Stay in the heart of Småland's idyllic countryside

Accommodation with varying character

Accommodation for everyone – double rooms, family rooms, mini suites, or larger suites with kitchens

Accommodation with varying character

Fredensborg offers accommodation both in the 19th-century manor house and in the later-built hotel section, which is connected to the manor house. This means you don't have to go outside when moving between rooms in the hotel section, our lounges, tower rooms, restaurant, bar, or other parts of the manor house.

manor house The manor house has five cozy and comfortable rooms, carefully renovated and offering extra comfort, including three double rooms and two mini suites. For those who wish, there are also two larger suites in the same style, with a small, pleasant kitchen area.

Hotel The hotel has 40 rooms, including 10 superior double rooms with views of the manor park and lake, and 30 double rooms. If you would like a view of the golf course and the lake, book one of the 20 double rooms. Hole 6 of the golf course is only about 100 meters from the window, and the lake is in the background (about 200 meters away).

The other 10 double rooms overlook a large courtyard with a lawn and the hotel's conference area. From several of the rooms, you can also see most of the manor's older outbuildings (Storstugan, Nystugan, Solstugan, Björkstugan, Logen, and Vagnboden).

Lakefront location
In late autumn, when the leaves have fallen, the lake can be seen between the trees from most of the rooms facing south and west, both in the hotel section and in the manor house. When the greenery returns in spring, the foliage obscures the lake, but the lake is only a few hundred meters away, where Sjöstugan awaits with a jetty, sauna, and wood-fired hot tub on the shore, as well as shallow sandy beaches. Read more about our activities down by the lake.

Family rooms – ready for the whole family
There are also several options for families. Both the manor house and the hotel section have double rooms with fold-out wall beds for children. In the manor house, there are sofa beds in both the mini suites and the larger suites, as well as the option of a cot.

Four-legged family members are welcome

Some of the rooms in the hotel section are available to guests with dogs for an additional cost of SEK 250 per stay. In addition to the main entrance, the rooms can be accessed via an entrance that leads directly into the manor park and on to the beautiful natural areas surrounding the manor, which are perfect for walking dogs.

Food bowls, water bowls, and dog beds are included in the offer. We only have a limited number of this type of room, so reservations must be made in advance.

Please note that out of respect for other guests, dogs are not welcome in our indoor public areas (including the restaurant, bar, etc.).
