Cancellation and rebooking terms
The booking conditions for each of the following are listed under the respective heading below:
- Private bookings.
- Corporate bookings (conferences, kickoffs, training sessions, or other types of corporate events).
Cancellation and rebooking terms for private bookings
Terms and conditions without cancellation protection
- Cancellation without charge is possible until 6 p.m. three days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations after 6 p.m. three days prior to arrival, the first night's cost will be charged. Alternatively, subject to availability, the booking can be rebooked to a new date within three months.
- In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged, up to a maximum of three days.
Terms and conditions with cancellation protection
- Cancellations are free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day before your arrival; after that, a cancellation fee of 150 SEK per room applies.
- For cancellations after 6 p.m. on the day before arrival, the first night's costs will be charged. Alternatively, subject to availability, the booking can be rebooked to a new date within three months.
- In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged, up to a maximum of three days.
Cancellation and rebooking terms for businesses
For corporate bookings, we follow Visita's general terms and conditions for conferences, group bookings, and other events, with the following additions:
- In the event of cancellation later than four weeks but earlier than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the customer shall reimburse the supplier for 50 percent of the order.
- In the event of cancellation later than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the customer shall compensate the supplier for 100 percent of the value of the order.
