The trip presented here is an example of what is possible when it comes to experiencing personal adventures and unforgettable moments, sharing knowledge, and fostering professional exchange.
Since every conference is unique, we work with our clients to create customized proposals tailored to their specific needs.
1. Departure from home and crossing to Sweden
2. Tag / Welcome to Sweden
Freshly arrived in Sweden, we set off by bus – our first destination is Kosta Boda. Here we immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of Swedish glass art. In a traditional glassworks, we experience up close how fire and sensitivity are used to create artistic shapes from molten glass – a craft that is deeply rooted in this region.
In the afternoon, we arrive at our hotel, Fredensborgs Herrgård, near Vimmerby, and relax at the hotel complex to round off the first day of our trip.

3. Tag / Active in & around "Fredensborg Manor"
A conference at Fredensborg Manor should be both efficient and inspiring. We tailor conference rooms to the individual wishes of our guests. Our salons and picturesque surroundings invite you to take a break. With personal service and good food, prepared with ingredients from local farms and suppliers in the region, we help to ensure an inspiring and effective conference.
Traditional conference rooms are all well and good, but we offer more. Experience Fredensborg after one or two meetings, where you can enjoy the harmony and inspiration found in the tower rooms, the park, the cabin of the lake house, or the boathouse.

4. Tag / A guided hike in Norra Kvills National Park.
Morning: Seminar, followed by National Park
Experience the wilderness in an untouched natural forest with moss-covered boulders, ancient spruce trees, and enchanted forest ponds. Norra Kvill is one of Sweden's oldest national parks, established in 1927. Hike with our guides through the fairytale-like natural landscape that inspired Astrid Lindgren.
We will conclude the hike (approx. 3 hours) with a relaxed barbecue (approx. 1.5 hours, including a review of the day), where you will be offered a few small regional products.
And why shouldn't we sing a few songs from Astrid Lindgren's films together?

5. Tag / Active in & around "Fredensborg Manor"
Walk and Talk – Think, rethink, rethink
Walk and Talk is a liberating method for gaining insights, thinking outside the box, and even asking yourself—why not the other way around—before important decisions have to be made. Fresh air and walks in beautiful surroundings give new impetus to your thoughts and your conference.
The wide range of activities available in our 23-hectare park can be easily incorporated into today’s seminar.

6. Tag / Virum Elk Park
Morning: Seminar, afterwards: Elks, the epitome of Sweden, are our first destination today. We have the opportunity to feed the "king of the forest," and the very brave among us might even dare to give him a kiss?

Afternoon: Seminar & then to the beach for swimming, rowing or canoeing? Or just relax and unwind?

7. Tag / A Journey into the World of Astrid Lindgren's Film Sets
Morning: The stories of Bullerbü & Katthult come to life again. On the way to the individual filming locations, we will be accompanied by a German guide who has lived in Mariannelund for over 20 years and will tell us many little stories that cannot be found anywhere else. During this journey, which will take several hours, we will sample culinary delicacies from Småland.

On the last evening after the buffet, you can once again soak up the power and tranquility of nature by the lake and reflect on the past few days.
8. Day: Via Växjö to the ferry
After a final hearty breakfast in Fredensborg, it's time to head home.
Before leaving Sweden after these impressive days, there is a
stopover in Växjö with a visit to the Småland Museum, the Carl von Linné
Park, the Emigrant House, and the Cathedral, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site
. Afterwards, the journey continues to the ferry.
