Conference prices
All prices are per person and exclude VAT.
Prices for conference with accommodation ( including breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee, two-course dinner)
– Double room occupied by one person: SEK 2,388 per person per day.
– Double room occupied by two people: SEK 2,209 per person per day.
Prices for day conferences
– Full day including morning coffee, lunch with drinks, and afternoon coffee: SEK 584.
– Half day including morning coffee and lunch with drinks: SEK 496.
The prices listed above include conference rooms and conference equipment as specified below.
Prices for extra meals:
– Morning/afternoon coffee: SEK 88.
– Lunch: SEK 116.
– Coffee and sandwich: SEK 88.

All prices above are subject to price adjustments, taxes, and other types of government surcharges.

Conference equipment
Wireless Internet (WiFi) and wired connection, projector, whiteboard, notepads, pens, fruit, and ice water. WiFi covers the entire conference and hotel facilities.
Additional equipment
Microphones and speakers in the large rooms can be arranged as needed (prepared by our own staff).
We apply Visita's conference rules (cancellation, etc.).
