A conference at Fredensborg Manor, just south of Vimmerby in Småland, should be both effective and inspiring. We adapt the conference facilities to your needs, and our lounges and scenic surroundings invite you to take breaks in a cozy manor environment. With personal service and good food, prepared with local ingredients from local farms and suppliers, we help you to hold an inspiring and effective conference.
Fredensborg has 45 hotel rooms of varying sizes and styles, as well as conference rooms and group rooms with modern equipment – including Wi-Fi and wired internet connection – that can accommodate up to 110 people (theater seating) and group rooms for up to 16 people.
Traditional conference facilities are all well and good, but we offer something more. Don't leave Fredensborg before you've had a conference session or two with the harmony and inspiration you'll find in the tower rooms, the manor park, the Sjöstugan cabin, or the boathouse.
Food and drink
Food and drink are an important part of effective and inspiring conferences. At Fredensborg, delicious food is served, prepared from local and locally produced ingredients. Fresh fruit and ice water are always available in the conference rooms.
Our conference packages include morning and afternoon coffee with refreshments and lunch. For conferences with overnight stays, breakfast and a two-course dinner in our fully licensed restaurant are also included – we are happy to recommend a wine or beer package to accompany your dinner.
